介绍ArcEngine支持的开发平台、开发模式和它的技术内核,着重介绍了ArcEngine中三维可视化功能的实现。利用ArcEngine技术在VC++开发环境下编程实现河道整治的数字化管理为示例,探讨如何对数字河道进行分析、维护和处理,为河道整治工作提供更直观、便捷的工具。
It introduces ArcEngine supporting platform, development mode and its techno-kernel and how to realize 3D visual function of ArcEngine. With ArcEngine and VC ＋ ＋ program environment, programming the Digital Yangtze River Supervise System is programmed. By analyzing, maintaining, managing digital River, we make river regulation more visual and more convenient.
