摘要
航班延误有很多影响因素,运用预警管理理论,建立了二级航班延误指标体系,并运用多等级模糊综合评判方法,建立数学模型,对航空公司航班延误的风险进行综合评价。最后采用最大隶属原则对航班延误进行风险定位。
The fore-warning management method and a set of target system were brought forward based on the flight delay analysis. A multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was considered in analyzing the flight delay risks. Then, the orientation of flight delay risks was given. By maximum subordination principle.
