This article introduced the strategic development plan of Xinjiang University. The laboratory＇s construction should correspond to this plan, that is to construct the central Asia＇ s first-rate laboratory. The article proposed that the laboratory construction should serve innovation, technological the subject construction and inter change with foreign universities, innovation to serve Xinjiang＇s economy, closely combining Xinjiang＇s and should strengthen ideal economical development.
