应用超声波法提取大米中黄曲霉毒素B1

摘要 采用ELISA方法,研究和评价了超声波提取大米中黄曲霉素B1的提取效宰.实硷结果表明:与普通振荡处理相比,采用超声波处理明显增大了提取效率.缩短了摄取时间,超声波处理10分钟时达到最大提取率,振荡处理30分钟才能达到.而且超生波最大提取浓度比振荡处理提高了30.5%,在针对0.1、1、和10ug/kg这三个浓度水平做加标回收试验。回收事达到83.0~95.2%.比振稿处理提高10%左右.不同超生频率对结果产生的影响不显著。 The effects of ultrasonic radiation on extraction of aflatoxin B1 from naturally contaminated rice were studied. Results showed that comparative with shaking by machine better extraction efficient was obtained by using ultrasonic radiation. Time was also saved for the maximum extraction efficient arrived only after 10 minutes. The recoveries of aflatoxin B1 spiked at 0. 1.1 and 10ug/kg three levels were in the range of 83.0~95. 2% and there was no obvious deviation at different ultrasonic frequency.
