反相微乳液制备两性聚丙烯酰胺微粒的研究 被引量:6

摘要 制备了稳定的二甲基二烯丙基氯化胺(DADMAC)/丙烯酰胺(AM)/丙烯酸(AA)反相微乳液聚合体系,并引发聚合制得了微粒型两性聚丙烯酰胺;优化了反相微乳液聚合体系的制备条件:最佳油相为环己烷、最佳乳化体系为Span 80-Tween60复配乳化剂、埘(DADMAC)=50%、最小乳化荆用量为W(乳化剂)=17.75%、最佳亲水亲油平衡值(Hydrophile—Lipophile Balance,HLB)为7.48,油相与乳化体系的质量配比范围为3:7—7:3,单体溶液加入量不大于体系质量的33.33%:上述条件下制备的反相微乳液体系在聚合前、后都能够保值高度稳定,制得的微粒型两性聚丙烯酰胺产品可以用作助留剂: A stable inverse microemulsion polymerization system of diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride (DADMAC)/ acryl amide(AM)/acrylic acid(AA) was prepared. Microparticlate amphoteric polyacrylamide was obtained by initiating the polymerization system. The experimental results showed that the inverse microemulsion polymerization system reached its optimum state when the DADMAC concentration, minimum dosage of emulsifying agents and HLB value of emulsifying system were 50%, 17.75% and 7.48, respectively. Cyclohexane was the most effective oil phase, and the optimum mass ratio of oil phase to the emulsifier was proved to be in the range of 3 : 7 - 7 : 3. Additionally, the dosage of DADMAC solution was less than 33.33%. The inverse microemulsion polymerization system prepared in a given condition was excellently stable both before and after the polymerization. The obtained microparticlate amphoteric polyactylamide can be used as retention aid.
