摘要
将原OHH漂白工艺改造成OpXH漂白工艺:即用木聚糖酶(X)代替第一段次氯酸盐漂白(H),成功解决了因漂液用量大,漂液混浊度高所造成的浆料洗净度超标,以及纸浆强度低、浆色暗、废水污染物含量高等问题。
Tbe OHH bleaching sequence was altered into a OpXH bleaching sequence by changing the first hypochlorite bleaching（H） stage to Xylanase （X） one, This alteration lowered the turbidity of bleaching liquid and its required charge, and thus resolved the wasbing problem, improvcd pulp strength, lowered pulp color and pollutant content in waste water.
