C-FOS和BCL-2在兔颈髓组织中的抗缺血作用

摘要 目的:研究C-FOS和BCL-2在颈髓缺血中的作用。方法:结扎兔双侧椎动脉颈段,用LDF测定颈髓血流,观察兔颈髓组织细胞免疫组化的变化。结果:术后4 h组C-FOS和BCL-2在颈髓组织中表达明显增强,术后56 d组无明显改变。结论:C-FOS和BCL-2在颈髓缺血中具有一定程度的抗缺血作用。 Objective: To study the role of C - FOS and BCL- 2 in ischemia in cervical spinal cord after complete ligation vertebral artery in rabbits. Methods: Bilateral vertebral arteries of rabbits were ligated at C6 and C7 segment, then the changes of cell morphology and immunohistochemistry in the cervical spinal cord were observed and the blood flow was measured by laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF)after 4 hours, 8 hours and 56 days. Result:Except the 56 day group, the bloc^t flow in cervical spinal cord changed markedly. Acute isehemie changes were observed after 8 hours and 24 hours, but no changes were observed after 4 hours and 56 days. The expression of C - FOS and BCL - 2 in 4 hour and 8 hour groups were more significant than that in the control group and 56 day group. Conelusion:C - FOS and BCL - 2 may play a role of anti - ischemia in cervical spinal cord.
