摘要
高速数字电路对电源分配系统的可靠性和复杂性提出了很高要求。以DDR SDRAM控制电路为例,介绍电源分配系统的基本概念。采用基于系统目标阻抗的算法,用SPECCTRAQuest软件对电路的电源分配系统进行完整性仿真分析与设计。实践表明该方法不但可以设计出满足要求的电源分配系统,还能大幅提高设计效率,减少系统复杂度。
High speed digital circuits require higher reliability and lower complexity of power distribution system. According to the design of DDR SDRAM control circuit, it introduces the basic concept of power distribution system, simulates and analyzes the system based on an algorithm of target impedance using SPECCTRAQuest power integrity tool. It has been proved that designing the power distribution system using the algorithm can not only meet the demand, but also improve the efficiency and reduce the complexity.
