摘要
目前,汽包水位的控制大多采用常规PID控制方式,由于其控制参数是固定不变的,其控制效果往往难以满足要求,造成系统不稳定甚至失控。对工业锅炉汽包水位系统提出模糊控制技术,使其能够适应当前智能控制的需要。文章的最后,验证了模糊控制系统的适应性好、抗干扰能力强等特点,从而证明了这样的控制手段是成功的,对于锅炉水位控制这一类问题的分析应用也是可行的。
Conventional PID control is often used in present industrial field and the tuning results are difficult to meet the demands. Thus, it leads to system unstable, or even out of control . In order to solve this problem, we bring forward technique of fuzzy control and it can meet the demand of intelligent controlling. Finally the fuzzy control system is good and distinguishing feature such as the anti jamming capability is powerful and so on, which proves that the control means is successful, meanwhile, it is valid for the kind of problems about analyzing and applying for boiler water level control.
