叙述了知识及知识管理的内涵,介绍了知识管理的过程并构建了知识管理的过程模型,分析了知识管理过程中的各个环节要素,并对其要素之间的互动作用进行了研究。

This thesis expounds the knowledge and knowledge management connotation firstly, then illustrates the knowledge management process and designs the process model of knowledge management, finally analyses each basic factor in the process of knowledge management and researches the mutual action relation among these basic factors.
