本文通过分析服务业流程特点,为服务业提供实施六西格玛管理模式与框架,优化服务业流程,为服务业实施六西格玛管理提供参考。
By studying the characteristics of the process of service, this article provides the frame of implementing six sigma in service industry and optimize service industry flow.This may service as solid reference to the implementation of six sigma management in service industry.
