结合当前我国信息工程建设中监理所面临的困境,建立了一套适合我国电子政务信息工程建设的监理模式。该模式以提高业主的认识为切入点,再根据工程每个阶段的特点进行监理,整个过程采取“四控三管一协调”的监理方式。在我国的信息化建设中具有一定的参考价值和指导作用。
