摘要
本文根据情商的特点,首先,将一般意义上“情商”的概念拓展开来阐明企业情商的内涵,并将其划分为三个层次:员工情商、团队情商、组织情商。其次,分析了企业情商和企业管理相结合的现实意义。最后,围绕企业情商,对管理观念和管理制度方面提出一些针对性的措施和建议。
Based on EQ (Emotional Quotient)theory . this article arvalyzes the feature and importance of "Corporate Emotional Quotient"fiom three aspects: Staff Emotional Quotient, Team Emotional Quotient and Organizational Emotional Quotient. On this ground file author gives some suggestions in terms of managerial conceptions and managerial system.
