国际化一直是中国企业的梦想,而如何成功的走出国门更是它们不断探索的“圣经”。本文试图从联想并购IBMPC的背景以及并购后的措施入手,总结出中国企业通过并购走向国际化的一些启示。
Intemationahzation is always a dream of Chinese companies, and how to go successfully out of China is the sacred book that they are looking for. This article by analyzing the background of Lenovo purchasing IBM and measures taken after purchasing summarizes some opinions of Chinese companies' going towards internationalization by purchasing.
