摘要
用自主设计制造的金属带式无级变速器,对金属带传动的摩擦因数和传动效率进行了实验研究。试验在3种条件下进行。在各种实验条件下,保持输入转速和速比不变。可调变阻器逐级加载,测出无级变速器的输入、输出转矩和输入、输出转速,通过数据处理,得到金属带传动的滑差率、摩擦因数和传动效率与戢荷的关系,并进行了实验结果分析。为充分发挥金属带传动的传动能力,又获得较高的传动效率,设计时应使其实际传递转矩为最大可传递转矩的80%~90%;摩擦因数f=0.08、传动效率η=0.92可以作为设计依据。
By the use of metal belt typed step less variator manufactured with self-contained design, an experimental research was carried out on the frictional factor and transmission efficiency of metal belt transmission. The experiment was con dueted under 3 kinds of conditions. Keep the inputting rotation al speed and the speed ratio a constant under various kinds of experimental conditions and adding load grade by grade on the adjustable rheostat, the inputting and outputting torque and rotational speed of step-less variator were measured out. By means of data processing, the relationship between loading and rate of slip difference, frictional factor and transmission efficiency was obtained, and the analysis of experimental result was conducted. For the sake of fully elaborating the transmission capacity of metal belt transmission and obtaining rather high transmission efficiency, its practical transmitting torque while doing the design should be set at 80%-90 % of the maxi mum transmittable torque, Fractional factor f=0. 08 and transmission efficiency q =0. 92 can be regarded as bases of designing,
