摘要
结合多体动力学和有限元方法,对大型往复(迷宫)压缩机曲轴机体的动态特性进行了分析,建立了压缩机曲轴轴系与机体动力学分析模型,分析得出了压缩机机体动态特性分析最主要的激励———主轴承反力和活塞导向轴承反力,并在这些激励力作用下计算该机体的振动响应,得到了机体各节点的振动位移、速度和加速度,从而为压缩机的低噪声设计提供依据。
Combining with multi bodied dynamics and finite element method an analysis was carried out on the dynamic property of crankshaft block of large scaled reciprocal (maze) compressor. The dynamics analytical model of shafting and block of compressor crankshaft was established. Main excitations of dynamic properties analysis reaction force of main bearing and reaction force of piston guiding bearing--of the compressor block were found out by analysis. And the vibration response of this block was calculated under the action of these excitation forces. The vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration of every panel point of block were obtained, and thus provided a foundation for the low noise design of compressor.
