摘要
分析了在热载荷作用下双金属复合钢管结合强度的变化,研究了经历温度循环后内外层管之间出现松脱的可能性;研究表明当复合管处于热加载状态时,复合管存在着极限工作温度,残余接触压力在温度升高后回复到室温状态时值最小;并通过实验得到了验证。
The change of glued strength of bimetal composite pipe under the action of heat load was analyzed in this article. The possibility of separation between two metal layers in temperature cycle was researched. It has been shown that under heat loading condition, the working temperature limit of composite pipe exists. The residue contact stress would be decreased when the temperature elevate first then return to room temperature, which has been proved by experiment.
