胰岛素抵抗在妊娠期糖尿病与多囊卵巢综合征发病中的作用 被引量：5

摘要 胰岛素抵抗(insulinresistance,IR)是多种代谢疾病的共同病理基础。临床研究发现多囊卵巢综合征(polycysticovarysyndrome,PCOS)与妊娠期糖尿病(gestationaldiabetesmellitus,GDM)两者关系密切,PCOS患者妊娠后容易发生GDM,而GDM患者产后发生PCOS的概率也大大增加,大量研究证实PCOS与GDM的发病均与IR相关。本文将对IR在PCOS、GDM发病中的作用进行综述。
