摘要
目前,世界各国开始用小功率氙灯代替传统的卤钨灯作为汽车前照灯的光源,但其电子镇流器的设计复杂,价格昂贵,主要用于高端汽车场合。本文首先提出了采用模拟控制的汽车头灯电子镇流器;介绍了其基本原理和设计方法,它包括基本电路结构和主电路拓扑的选择。此外,由于氙灯的启动暂态过程极其复杂,因此如何较好地完成灯启动过程的控制是一个难点。文中给出了其恒功率切换及点火控制方案。最后,通过汽车头灯电子镇流器的样机制作,较好地完成了包括恒功率环切换、较高点火电压等灯从启动到稳定的各个控制任务。
Most countries begin to replace the conventional halogen headlamps with the small-wattage Xe metal halide lamp as the source of the automotive headlamp.However,the design of its electronic ballast is quite complex and the price is very high.As a result,it is only applied to the headlamp of the advance cars.This paper presentes the electronic ballast for automotive lamp using simulation control, and mainly discusses the basal principle and designing way including the basal structure of the ballast circuits and the selection of the topology of the main circuit.The transient process of the Xe lamp during the start-up phase is extremely complex.Therefore,how to complete the control of the start-up process is the difficulty.This paper also presentes the way of the constant power control and igniting.Based on the experimental data from the laboratory prototype ,the circuits can complete all the control tasks from the phase of start-up to steady, including the switch of the constant power control, the high voltage of igniting.
