摘要 目前,变负载运行是异步电机的主要工作状态,研究其动态节能方法和技术具有重要的现实意义。本文分析了不同负载情况下单相异步电机(SinglePhaseInductionMotor,简称SPIM)的动态损耗分布规律,由此利用电流向量图法,提出单相异步电机动态节能的有效控制途径;研制了一种新型的节能控制器。实验研究结果表明,该动态节能器与现有节电器相比,节能效果明显,可在实际中推广和应用。 At present, varied load is the main state of induction motors, so studying the methods and technique of its dynamic economization has a significant meaning.This paper analyzes distributing the regularity of dynamic wastage under different load,and uses current vector fig method to analyze single phase induction motors dynamic economization efficiency control avenue.Then developed a new-style economization controller,the result of the experimentation indicated that in contrast to other controllers,the effect of economization of this controller is more evident,and can be extended to application in practice.
