摘要
针对异步电机矢量控制系统中电压源型三相逆变器死区效应进行了理论分析,提出了一种基于电压空间矢量调制(SVPWM)控制的死区补偿方法。它无需增加硬件电路,只需对软件进行修改即可实现,且计算量小,易于工程实现。结合TMS320F240DSP控制芯片,在1.1kW异步电机上进行了补偿前后的实验,实验结果验证了该死区补偿方法的有效性。
The dead-time effect of the voltage-source 3-phase inverter in the asynchronous motor vector control system is analyzed.A novel dead-time compensation method of the inverter using SVPWM is presented,which can he realized hy modifying software,with practicality and little calculation.Experiments which are un-eompensated and compensated are carried on 1.1kW asynchronous motor with TMS320F240,and the results verified the validity of this method.
