摘要
为了提高感应加热电源逆变器的工作和触发控制质量,并满足高频条件下的应用,提出了采用精密波形发生器ICL8038解决这一问题的新方法。设计了感应加热电源逆变触发电路,对触发脉冲的相位补偿、重叠区、死区的产生,以及启动电路进行了分析和设计;对其工作原理、电路结构及应用问题作了详细描述,给出了实验结果。
In order to improve work and trigger control quality of high-frequency induction heating power supply, and satisfy the uses in the high frequency conditions,a new way to solve the problems using ICL8038 precision waveform generator/voltage controlled oscillator is put forward in this paper.The inverter trigger circuit of induction heating power supply is designed.The phase compensation method and producing of the overlapped region and closed region of the trigger pulses and the starting control circuit are analyzed and designed.The principle of working,the structure of the circuit and the application are also described in detail.Experimental results are given.
