摘要 正弦波逆变器用正弦脉宽调制(SinusoidalPWM,简称SPWM),一直是人们研究的热点,并取得了丰硕的成果,比如HEP4752,SLE4520和MA818等。这些专用集成电路很大程度上满足了人们的需求,但因其功能固定,频率也不够高,因而限制了逆变器的进一步发展。FPGA具有编程方便,集成度和频率都高等优点。利用ALTERA的FPGA设计了一个三相正弦波SPWM控制IC。该IC不但可方便地调频、调压、设置死区,还具有频率显示功能,其频率可达50kHz,若想改变逆变器功能,只需修改程序,无需改变系统的硬件结构。仿真和实验证明该设计具有结构灵活,易修改,输出频率高等优点。 This paper presents a novel single-chip Integrated Circuit (IC) to realize the 3-sinusoidal PWM (SPWM) controller.The controller's outputs, such as fundamental voltage ,frequency, dead time and so on, are controlled by several input clock's frequency.With an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) methodology,the control IC is implemented using only one single advanced FPGA from Altera, Inc.The output fundamental frequency can be adjusted from 0.094 to 2kHz or more, and it can be on real-time displayed.The SPWM switching frequency can be set 50kHz.The dead time for the IGBT is arbi- trarily adjustable.The designed SPWM IC can be incorporated with a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to provide a simple and effective solution for high-performance AC drivers.Further more,the design can be converted into a soft Intellectual Property (IP) core for other purposes.Simulative and experimental results are given to verify the constructed controller.
