摘要
对渗碳零件内氧化的产生机理进行了阐述,通过实验对渗碳工艺过程中的若干工艺参数进行了分析,认为碳势是内氧化控制的一个关键因素。超高碳势渗碳可以抑制内氧化的产生。
This paper deals with the mechanisrn of internal oxidation in carburized components and analyzes the process parameters for carhurization operation. On the basis of experiments, it is concluded that carbon potential is a key element to control internal oxidation and super carbon potential in carburising process could restrain internal oxidation.
