摘要
探讨了员工如何决定最佳职业生涯发展计划,何时参加类似MBA的教育项目以提升自己的人力资源.利用期权定价模型,把员工的人力资源价值看做连续的随机过程,推导出员工决定参加教育培训的最佳选择时机就是员工人力资源的选择权价值最大点,即选择权价值刚超过临界点时,员工决定参加教育培训项目是最佳的.
This paper examines the optimal rule of an enrollment in a career development program as an MBA program where the value of an employee as a human resource follows a continuous time stochastic proceras. The optimal enrollment rule is when the value of an option on the human resource is maximized. When the option value is first passed at the boundary conditions, the employee shah decide to enroll the program.
