摘要
高职院校学生创新能力的现状,已很难适应社会对创新能力人才的需要。在这种新形式下,要求高职院校要更新人才培养理念,改革教学模式,努力培养具有创新意识和能力的高素质人才,以适应时代的要求。
The innovative ability of the students of the vocational colleges is difficult to meet the social requirements to innovative talents.So the colleges should change the concepts of training talents, reform the teaching model, try hard to train high quality talents being innovative sense to meet reeds of the times.
