体育法制建设中的道德法律化和法律道德化问题研究

Research on the Legalization of Morality and Moralization of Law in Sport Law Construction

通过对体育法制建设中的道德法律化和法律道德化问题的探讨,认为道德法律化和法律道德化在体育法制建设中有积极意义。同时又对道德法律化和法律道德化的途径、适用的限度等问题进行了分析,旨在明确体育道德和法律的关系,以便发挥二者的作用,更好地为体育法制建设服务。

This thesis gave study on problems of legalization of morality and moralization of law in sport law construction, concluded that they played an important role in sport law construction; meanwhile the approaches and limitation on how to apply to the law construction were analyzed to let people know the relation between law and morality, in order to put the two into full play and serve the sport law construction.
