摘要
分析现有的电动汽车IGBT电驱动技术,提出了一种新型自给电源的隔离驱动技术,它具有无需提供隔离电源、保护功能完善及抗干扰能力强等优点.详细介绍了采用分时自给电源技术的IGBT驱动器的保护功能.实际运行表明,新型自给电源的IGBT驱动器工作可靠,效果良好.
A new isolated drive technology with assistant power is proposed. This driver provides good IGBT protection and anti - interference, comparing to nowadays＇s IGBT drive technology . The IGBT protection with new drive technology is analyzed in detail. Result shows that this IGBT driver is reliable, and has a good effect.
