摘要
糖尿病视网膜痛变(diabetic relinopathy,DR)是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,大量的研究表明DR早期表现为视网膜神经细胞退化性改变,晚期出现新生血管及增殖膜,目前尚没有有效的治疗方法,严重危害患者视力。基因治疗为探索DR的治疗方法提供了新的手段,本文就目前DR的基因治疗研究现状和进展作一综述。
Diabetic rednopathy （DR.） is one of the most common diabetic complications. In lots of researches,there were indications that retinoneurocyte degeneration appeared in the early stage of diabetic retinopathy, And angiogenesis and proliferative membrane , which were induced by vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） or pigment epithelium-derived factor （PEDF）, appeared in the late stage of diabetic retinopathy, which may cause poor vision or even blindness. At present, there is no effective treatment for diabetic retinopathy, The aim of this review is to present the progress and current researches of gene therapy for DR.
