摘要
角膜履行着双重功能:包裹和保护眼内容物;以最优化的形式将光线聚焦在视网膜上,而这一切都是借助于胶原纤维在结缔组织中独一无二的排列来实现的。本文就其角膜胶原的详细结构、转化、创伤愈合等方面做一概述。
The cornea has fulfiled the dual functions of enclosing and protecting the inner contents of the eye, and focussing light onto the retina with minimum scatter and optical degradation,all of which is done by means of the unique arrangement of the constituent collagen fibrils in connective tissues, This article reviews the detailed structure,turnover and wound healing of corneal collagen.
