摘要
实验发现,在pH7.8的KH2P04-NaOH缓冲介质中,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)可使Hg(Ⅱ)与吖啶橙(AO)反应后的荧光明显增强,据此建立了测定汞的荧光分析新方法。在最佳实验条件下其浓度线性范围为0—200μg/L,检出限为2,47×10^-3mg/L。新建方法联结巯基棉分离富集汞,用于环境水样中痕量汞的测定。相对标准偏差为2.1%-一4.7%,样品加标回收率为99.3%-101.2%,结果满意。
The experiments indicated that SDS micellar systems could enhance greatly the fluorescence signal of Hg ( Ⅱ ) - AO in pH 7.8KH2P04 - NaOH. A new method for the determination of trace Hg ( Ⅱ ) by rnicellar - sensitized fluorescence spectrophotometry was established. In the optimal analysis conditions, the linear range was 0 - 200g/ L.The determination limit was 2.47 x 10^-3 g/mL. When proposed method was used to determine Hg ( Ⅱ ) in water by Separating and Enriching Sulphydryl Cotton, satisfactory results were obtained , the relative standard deviation varied from 2.1% to 4.7% and the recoveries from 99.3% to 101.2%.
