进入新经济时代,各国都大力发展电子商务,以赢取新的经济增长点,我国是世界最大的发展中国家,电子商务发展尚处初级阶段,正在向规范、务实方向推进,经过几年的发展和变化,电子商务的大环境得到不断改观。文章就我国电子商务的发展现状及环境建设问题分别进行探讨。

When entering into the new economy age, all the countries are developing c-cotranerce to get new economical increase. China is the largest developing country in the world and its e-commerce is only in the elementary stage. With several years＂ development and change, the circumstance of e-commerce has improved much. This paper expounds the current situation and circumstance construction of the development of e-commerce.
