摘要
使用MSC Natran有限元软件与MSC Adams多体动力学计算软件对某8缸V型发动机的曲轴系统进行动力学仿真,比较气缸在不同发火次序下曲轴的扭矩输出特性,确定发动机合理的发火次序,为设计提供依据.
The finite element analysis software MSC Nastran and multi-body dynamics software MSC Adams are adopted in the dynamic simulation on the crankshaft system of V type diesel engine with 8 cylinders. The torque output characteristics of engine under the different firing orders of cylinders can be obtained from the simulation. A proper firing order of cylinders can be found as the important factor for engine design.
