摘要 本文通过比较鱼类与畜、禽脂肪代谢的不同,着重阐述了鱼类脂肪代谢的基本原理及形成脂肪肝的原因,并指出了生产中通过控制肝脂合成和提高肝脂转运能力来调控鱼类脂肪代谢的方法,对于更好地理解鱼类与畜、禽的营养区别,提高鱼类日粮营养精度,促进鱼类生长,预防脂肪肝的发生有重要的指导意义。 The paper reviewed the principle of lipid metabolism and the reason of fatty liver of fish, compared with livestock and poultry, and pointed out the regulation rule of lipids metabolism for fish by controlling the synthesis of triglyceride and enhancing the transport of hepatic fat. All of those were very important for us to understand the difference in lipid nutrition between fish and livestock or poultry, improve the balance of diet nutrition more exactly, promote the growth and prevent fatty liver in fish.
