摘要
目的检测大鼠结肠黏膜中的ICAM-1,观察仙地液灌肠对ICAM-1蛋白表达的影响。方法大鼠随机分为6个实验组,自由饮用葡聚糖硫酸钠水溶液诱导UC模型,以仙地液灌肠干预后,用免疫组织化学染色法检测大鼠结肠黏膜中ICAM-1蛋白的表达。结果仙地液灌肠干预后的大鼠与模型组相比,结肠黏膜中ICAM-1含量均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论仙地液灌肠可能通过下调溃疡性结肠炎结肠黏膜中的ICAM-1表达实现其治疗作用。
Purpose To explore the possible mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine curing ulcerative colitis,we investigated the effects of enema with XiandiLiq on the expression of ICAM-1 protein. Methods - Forty rats were divided randomly into six groups. All of them drank water solution of dextran sulfate sodium freely to form the model of ulcerative colitis. The rats in treatment groups were given the enema with XiandiLiq. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the ICAM-1 protein in colon mucosa. Results Compared with the model control group, the expression of ICAM-1 protein in colon mucosa in treatment groups decreased significantly( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion This study suggested that enema with XiandiLiq could decrease the expression of ICAM-1 protein in colon mucosa, which might be the probable mechanism of effect of enema with XiandiLiq.
