腹腔镜下套圈法子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术的临床对照研究

A clinical comparative study on laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy with oese method

目的探讨腹腔镜下套圈法行外突型子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术的手术方法、安全性和有效性。方法将准备在腹腔镜下行外突型子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除术的患者随机分为2组:A组56例采用套圈法,B组49例采用缝合法(常规切开缝合),比较手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后病率。结果套圈法与缝合法相比,手术时间短、术中出血少、术后病率发生率低(P<0.01或0.005),2组手术成功率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论套圈法是一种操作简便、安全、有效的手术方法,值得推广。

Objective It is to explore the operative way, clinical safety and effect of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy with oese method for evagination type of intramural myoma. Methods The patients going to be operated on with hysteromyomectomy under laparoscopy were randomly divided into two groups： group A （56 cases）with oese method,group B （49 cases） with suture method. Successful operation rate, opera tkm time, intraoperative hemorrhage, postoperative illness rate were compared between the two groups, Results Compared with group B, the intraoperative hemorrhage was significantly less, operation time was shorter, postoperative illness rate was lower in group A （P 〈0.01 or 0. 005）, There was no significant difference in successful rate between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy with oese method is a simple, safe and effective operation method, so it is worthy to be applied widely in clinic.
