动静脉留置导管感染培养结果及耐药性分性 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解动静脉留置导管感染的病原菌分布特点及耐药情况,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法回顾分析2004年3月—2005年2月浙江大学医学院附属第一医院分离自动静脉留置导管的病原菌构成情况及其对常用抗生素的耐药性。结果动静脉留置导管感染以革兰阳性菌为主占47.8%,其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占50%;革兰阴性菌占36.1%,其中鲍曼不动杆菌占30.8%;念珠菌占16.1%(29/180)。分离的病原菌对临床常用抗生素呈现多重耐药。结论凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌是动静脉留置导管感染的主要致病菌,细菌对多种抗生素耐药。
