印刷胶片定影液耐冲性的探讨

A Study on the Endurance of Graphic Arts Film Fixer

目前我国大部分印刷厂尚在使用传统的印刷胶片进行印刷制版。胶片冲洗过程所用的定影液的药力疲竭问题是广大用户很关心的问题,尤其是新建的印刷厂和照排中心及新的工作人员,特别想知道定影液衰退到什么程度,就不能用了,原因何在。市场上不时有用户反映定影液质量不稳定,耐冲性差,还反映胶片有白点等弊病,这往往是由于不很清楚定影的机理、定影液的成分和作用、耐冲性的概念和检测方法等所造成的。本文正是针对上述实际问题进行一个全面的探讨。

Presently,most printing houses in our country are still using traditional graphic arts films for making prnting plates.Users,especially new founded printing firms,often puzzled about the fatigue and endurance of fixer used for processing graphic arts films.Owing to their poor knowledge on the mechanism of fixing,the functions of fixer components,the concept of the fatigue and endurance of fixer,the test method of fixing endurance etc, they may encountered many misunderstandings about the fixing capacity and endurance of fixer and even the quality of films.This paper is aimed to offer a comprehensive elucidation on the above stated problems.
