摘要
探讨了以壳聚糖作壁材、艾蒿油作芯材,采用单凝聚法制备绿色环保型微胶囊织物抗菌剂的工艺条件,研究了w(艾蒿油和壳聚糖)、pH、凝聚温度等因素对微胶囊化的影响,用多媒体显微镜观测了微胶囊颗粒的外观形貌、粒径大小及分布,将所制微胶囊用于棉织物整理并检测了效果.确定了用单凝聚法制备壳聚糖-艾蒿油微胶囊的最佳工艺:pH为7.0~7.5,w(艾蒿油和壳聚糖)为1.0%~1.5%(对反应液质量),50℃,w(交联剂)为2%(对壁材质量);制备的微胶囊基本呈球体,平均粒径为2~4μm,分布较集中;当w(微胶囊)为1.00%(对整理液质量)时,整理试样对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为93.07%和84.33%,但白度稍有降低.
The technological conditions of the monophase coagulation method for the preparation of a green and environment-friend anti-bacterial agent with chitosan as the shell material and artemisiaargyllem oil as the core material were studied. The influence of the factors such as system concn., pH and coagulation temp. on the micro-encapsulation was researched, the microcapsule aspect, particle size and granularity distribution were inspected with multi media microscope, the obtained microcapsules were used to finish cotton fabrics and the results were examined. An optimal process for the monophase coagulation micro-encapsulation was detd. as follows: pH at 7.0-7.5, artemisiaargyllem oil and chitosan at 1.0% -1.5% of the total reaction liquor wt., 50℃, and crosslinking agent at 2% of the shell material wt. The obtained microcapsules were substantially spherical, had average granularity of 2-4 μm, and the granularity distribution was narrow. When the microcapsules were used at 1.00% of the finishing liquor wt, the finished samples showed bacteriostasis of 93.07 and 84.33%, resp., to staphylococcus aureus and bacillus colon, but the whiteness was a little lowered.
