以二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、氮-甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料制备聚氨酯乳液,研究了nNCO/nOH量比值、时间对反应的影响.最终确定适宜的工艺:预聚nNCO/nOH量比值为1.6～1.9,预聚反应120 min,55℃;扩链反应60 min,65℃;封端反应120 min,60℃.

Diisocyanate, polyesterpolyol and N-methyl diethanolamine were used as raw materials for the preparation of waterborne polyurethane emulsions, The influence of NCO/OH ratio and time on the reaction was studied. A initial polymerization with NCO/OH at 1.6-1.9 at 55℃ for 120 min, a chain-extending reaction at 65℃ for 60 min and sealed end reaction at 65℃ for 120 min were detd.
