尼莫地平联合高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效观察

Effective Observation of Nimodiping Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in Severe Injury of Brain

目的探讨尼莫地平联合高压氧在重型颅脑损伤中的治疗作用。方法选择伤后24h内入院的重型颅脑损伤患者202例,随机分为2组,常规治疗对照组102例及在常规治疗基础上,应用尼莫地平联合高压氧治疗组100例,1个月后观察两组疗效及GCS评分。结果尼莫地平联合高压氧治疗组总有效率78.0%,对照组58.8%,治疗组GCS评分提高6±3分,对照组提高3±2分,两组间治疗前后差值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论尼莫地平联合高压氧治疗有助于降低重型颅脑损伤患者的病死率及致残率,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore clinical effect of nimodiping combined with hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in severe injury of brain. Methods 202 patients of severe injury of brain within 24 hours after injury were randomly divided into two groups： 102 cases with normal treatment （control group ）and 100 cases were treated with nimodiping combined with HBO. The effect of two groups and glasgow coma scale （GCS） were observed after 1 month. Results In the group of nimodiping Combined with HBO, the total efficacy rate was 78.0%, control group was 58.8%. GCS of nimodiping combined with HBO and congtrol group was improved 6±3 and 3±2. It was signficant difference in 2 groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Severe injury of brain with nimodiping combined with hyperbaric oxygen can decrease the mortality rate and lameness rate, improve the qulity of survival.
