肝源性糖尿病患者OGTT和胰岛素释放试验的临床意义

The Clinical significance of Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) and Insulin Releasing Test on hepaticdiabetes

目的探讨口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)和胰岛素释放试验在肝源性糖尿病中的应用价值。方法应用葡萄糖氧化酶法和放免法对42例肝源性糖尿病和42例初诊2型糖尿病进行了OGTT、胰岛素释放试验的检测对照。结果两组糖尿病患者OGTT中血糖各时间段差异无显著性(P>0.05),胰岛素释放试验中肝源性糖尿病为高反应型,胰岛素水平呈高基础值血症型,两者间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素释放试验在鉴别肝源性糖尿病中有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical values of OGTT and insulin releasing test in hepatogenic diabeties. Methods OGTT was performed by enzymesmethod and insulin releasing test by R1A in 42 patients with heparogenic diabetes, 42 case with type 2 diabetes of preliminary diagnosis. Results During OGTF, blood glacose levels at various time were about the same in bepatogenie diabeties and diaboties （P〉0.05）. In Insulin Releasing Test, hepatogenie diabeties belong to high response type, whlie low respone type in type 2 diabetes. Basal hyperinsulinemia was present in hepatogenie diabeties, it has a significant difference in both groups （P〈0.01） . Conclusions Insulin releasing test had a definite clinical value in the differential diagnosis of hepatogenic diabetes.
