T型钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折

Open reduction and internal fixatsion with T type plate of unstable distal radius fratures

目的总结桡骨远端不稳定骨折T型钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法本组25例均采用T型钢板固定,其中三例因骨缺损严重同时植骨。结果平均随访15个月远期疗效优良者23例,优良率92%。结论桡骨远端不稳定骨折手法复位困难,应尽早切开复位内固定。T型钢板固定牢靠,术后配合功能锻炼,可获得较好效果。

Objective To assess the results of T-plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods Volar T-plate fixation was used in 25 patients with unstable distal radius fractures Bone graft was used in four patients with severe bone defect. Results The patients were followed up for a average period of 15 months, 23 patients showed excellent or good results with a rate of 92%. Conclusions h is difficult to reduction unstable fracture of the distal end of the radius in the way of close reduction These fractures should be treated with early open reduction and fixation, satffactory results can be obtained in those patients with unstable distal radius fracture through volar approach plate fixation.
