摘要
JX-2-I是最新研制成功的新型陶瓷刀具材料,热压工艺参数对材料的力学性能有较大的影响。本文重点研究了压力、热压温度和保温时间对材料的抗弯强度(bb)、断裂韧性(K_(IC))和硬度(HRA)的影响,结果表明,对于JX-2-I,在压力为30~40MPa,热压温度为1700~1850℃,保温时间为30~60min时,材料的性能最好。
JX-2-I is an advanced ceramic tool which has been developed recently. Hot-pressing technology parameters have a great effect on mechanical properties of tool material. Study on the effect of pressure, sintering temperature and heat preservation time on flexural strength (σbb), fracture toughness (KIC) and hardness (HRA) have been carried out. It shows that there is an optimum of hot-pressing parameter for JX-2-I.
