Generally, I believe that China Today＇s main appeal is its comprehensive range of subjects, including education, business, music, culture, arts and politics. This variety appeals to a wide-ranging audience, in particular Westerners like myself who are interested in learning tidbits about assorted facets of Chinese society. I also find China Today＇s ability to compare and contrast aspects of Western and Chinese society very effective. In my opinion, your publication gives Western readers a better understanding of China through juxtaposing the two cultures against one another, highlighting their differences and similarities. I can see that your writers are very intelligent, especially in their choice of story angles, and ambitious in terms of the topics they choose.
