我院229株结核分枝杆菌耐药情况分析

Analysis of drug resistence of 229 mycobacterium tuberculosis strains in shengzhen east lake Hospital

目的探讨深圳市东湖医院结核菌株耐药情况。方法用MB/Bact240进行结核分枝杆菌分离培养,改良罗氏法进行药物敏感性测定。结果痰结核分枝杆菌培养阳性561例,耐药229例,总耐药率40.82%。初始耐药率27.23%,耐多药率8.40%,其中4种药全耐者占4.83%;获得性耐药率72.62%,4药全部耐药者占30.95%。结论深圳市结核病耐药情况仍然十分严峻,加强结核病临床治疗的管理,制定合理化疗方案至关重要。

Objective To explore the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Shenzhen East Lake Hospital and provide refer- ence for clinical treatment. Methods 561 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were cultured with MB/Bact240 and the drug resistance was measured using improved L-J medium. Resutls The rate of total resistance was 40. 82% ,the rate of initial resistance was 27.23%. Initial resistance rate of MDR was 8.40%. The rate of resistance to all the four drugs was 4. 83%. Acquired resistance rate was 72.62%. The rate of acquired resistance to all the four drugs was 30. 95%. Conclusion The drug resistance of tuberculosis mycobacterium in shenzhen area was very serious. The management and clinical treatmetn for tuberculosis patients must be emphasized.
