摘要
在全球经济一体化的背景条件下,国际工程承包市场竞争日趋激烈,而做好国外项目投标工作,是赢得国际工程合同的关键。本文介绍了笔者参与国外矿山项目投标工作的体会并提出了做好投标工作的建议。
Under the context of economic globalization, competitions become more severe in the international project contracting market. The performance of bidding activity is the key for winning an international project. This paper introduces the author＇s experience in bidding for overseas mine projects and presents suggestions on how to bid for such projects.
