Candida tropicalis降解苯酚过程中溶氧限制常数K_o的求解

摘要 研究了热带假丝酵母降解苯酚的过程中底物苯酚随时间的变化,建立了苯酚降解动力学模型;在摇瓶降解的基础上,对热带假丝酵母菌自由细胞进行了小型发酵罐的苯酚及溶氧双底物本征动力学的研究,应用线性回归的方法得到了溶氧限制常数Ko。 The study was conducted to evaluate change rate of phenol about Candida tropicalis degrading phenol. A degradation kinetics model was found. Based on the flask culture conditions,the phenol degradation were performed in a small fermentor. The intrinsic kinetics of degradation were studied. The dissolved O2 kinetic rate constant(Ko) were determined by using a linear regression method.
