摘要
通过对激光三角法微位移测量光学成像系统的研究,提出倾斜放大率的概念,并推导出计算公式。倾斜放大率有助于光学成像系统的优化设计,并可以进行成像大小的精确计算。利用倾斜放大率,深入分析了光斑成像的规律,揭示了实际光斑的成像特点。
After studies on the optical image system of micro-displacement measurement based on the laser triangulation measurement, the concept of slantwise magnification was put forward and its formula was proved. The slantwise magnification can give a help to design of optimized optical image system easily and calculate the size of image accurately. Through particular analyzing the points of the spot' s image with slantwise magnification, the secret of spot' s image was opened out.
