摘要
采用人工气候箱培养方法,研究了霸螨灵、克螨特及其混剂速霸螨(霸螨灵∶克螨特=1∶3)对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响。在培养的第1d到第28d,对于低浓度处理(1mg.kg-1和10mg.kg-1),霸螨灵与克螨特及其混剂速霸螨对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响均表现为先抑制后激发,最后恢复到与对照土壤一致;而对于高浓度处理(40mg.kg-1和80mg.kg-1),霸螨灵和混剂速霸螨对土壤过氧化氢酶的影响均表现为先抑制后激发,再抑制,最后趋于恢复。克螨特对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响则一直处于被抑制状态。结果表明混剂速霸螨的两种有效成分对土壤过氧化氢酶活性没有产生明显的协同作用。
Fenpyroximate and propargite as well as its mixture (fenpyroximate:propargite=1:3) effect on the activity of catalase in soil were studied. Under controlled conditions, the soil sample was incubated in laboratory for 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 days, then testing their activity of catalase. In the experiment, three pesticides were applied with four levels of concentrations. The mixture of fenpyroximate and propargite scarcely revealed significant interaction. The treatment of fenpyroximate and propargite as well as its mixture with low concentrations (1 mg· kg^-1 and 10 mg·kg^-1), the activity of catalase was inhibited since incubation from the first day to 21 days, finally returned to that of the control, while, under the treatments with high concentration (40 mg· kg^-1 and 80 mg· kg^- 1) the activity of catalase revealed undulating. The activity of catalase was inhibited on the first day and activated on the third day then once again inhibited on the fifth day, finally reached to the level of the control. But the activity of catalase influenced by propargite still retained inhibition. The changes of catalase activity revealed continuous in the whole incubation period. It was an available method to study combination effect of catalase in soil by fenpyroximate and propargite. Fenpyroximate and propargite as well as its mixture influenced not only microbes in soil but also plant growth.
